Not a Jetstream Oven : Deni 10400 Quick-n-Easy 10-4-Quart Convection Oven
The oven was defective out of the box. The thermostat was stuck On. all burned. I spent a consolidate of days (And burned food.) trying to get the hang of a convection oven before I realized that even if I turned the heat dial Off, the oven kept heating. And wouldn't stop getting hotter.
I called the seller and was told that their warranty was only good for 15 days from the Invoice date. Between their packing and mailing time, the actual shipping time, and my trying to get the hang, my warranty had expired.
I was disappointed with Ace Digital and Deni both and wanted a refund. Ace Digital refused on grounds the warranty had expired. Even tho there was no time because of shipping and handling to meet their deadline. I'm sure this is designed to avoid Any accountability for anything, ever. Amazon couldn't help me.
Now the Deni oven is being shipped, at my expense, to the manufacturer for potential fix or replacement.
I don't know if the Deni oven will work out or not. But I'll never do enterprise with that seller again!
